Portrait of Lovisa Laine

Lovisa Laine

Singing teacher

Lovisa Laine has held music close to her heart since childhood. Her journey began with singing in church together with her parents and has grown into a career that has taken her from London to Sweden. She trained at BIMM London, where she took a bachelor's degree in Popular Music Performance. The education gave her broad skills in singing, composition, arranging, music production, songwriting and ensemble leadership.

As a singing teacher at Malmö Musikskola, Lovisa wants to give her students both a sense of security and the tools to develop their voices. She works in an individually adapted way, with a focus on technique, musicality and expression – always with the student's goals at the centre. With her broad knowledge of genres such as pop, soul, RnB, jazz and musical theatre, she inspires her students to explore different styles of music and find their own unique voice.

The lessons provide a stable technical foundation, but Lovisa places equal weight on students daring to express themselves, interpret music and find the joy in singing. She teaches both beginners and advanced singers, children, young people and adults – and always adapts the approach to the individual.

In addition to her teaching, Lovisa is active in voice acting and has worked on international projects for, among others, Fisher Price and ATEMAS. She is also active as a singer and arranger, which gives her students a current and inspiring insight into the world of music.

In her teaching, Lovisa reflects the values of Malmö Musikskola – high quality, joy and inspiration. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced singer, she offers engaging singing tuition in Malmö that helps you develop.
